It's Trade Show Season for the Call Center Industry and OnBrand24

September 11, 2014 – It’s trade show season for the call center industry. At least it is for this call center company. Over the next eight weeks, we will exhibit at five conferences that are both national and regional in nature. We hope to see you at one of them:

Shop.org: This will be our first time exhibiting at this highly regarded trade conference, this year in Seattle at the end of September. Shop.org is the annual conference of the National Retail Federation, with 5,200 professionals expected at the 2½ day event specifically for digital and multichannel retailers. Customer service is a major topic at the conference. We’ve heard great things about this show and we look forward to being there.

Small Business Expo – Boston: We exhibited at this show last year for the first time and found it to be an interesting conference for learning about the incredible variety of small businesses in the Boston area, both new and established, and how many of them need both customer service and B2B lead generation call center services.

Savannah Business Expo: Having opened our Savannah call center facility a little more than a year ago, this will be our second year at this conference, one that we enjoyed last year. It affords us the chance to meet new people in the Savannah business community and to help others get acquainted with us.

SOCAP Annual Conference: This is the annual gathering of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Business, a global association of customer care experts across all industries committed to promoting customer care and customer engagement as a competitive advantage in business. This has a natural connection with call center services providers like us. SOCAP provides educational tools and professional resources to help its members drive improved customer care within their organizations. We’ll be there to learn and to meet new people in our industry. This year’s theme: The Customer Experience Journey: how companies can create a coherent, valuable experiences that meet (and even anticipates) customer needs and interests, build loyalty and empower consumers.

Contact Center Demo: OnBrand24 has been something of a regular exhibitor at this trade show, produced by ICMI and this year in Chicago in November. It’s a valuable forum for learning about the latest and greatest in the call center industry and a great place to meet new people and broaden your network.

Looking further into next year, we will be at the Small Business Expo in Miami Beach, in January. Like the Small Business Expo in Boston, the show attracts owners of smaller businesses looking for new solutions, services and technologies that will give them a competitive advantage.
