After purchasing the company (formerly known as Pike Communications) in 2005, Mark changed the name to OnBrand24 and has grown the domestic outsourced call center into a multimillion dollar company with more than 150 clients and more than 1,600 employees. An entrepreneur with expertise in sales, customer service, business development and operations, Mark consults with OnBrand24 clients and develops customer inbound (customer service and order processing) outbound (B2B lead generation / appointment setting) programs. Formerly a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry where he served in senior managerial roles, Mark earned a degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire.
