With extensive knowledge of the company's resource allocation, telephone routing/reporting and data center infrastructures as well as oversight of inbound call center representative performance, Mike's role is to deliver maximum call center services ROI for our clients. After attending Northeastern University, Mike worked for 13 years in advertising and media production before joining OnBrand24.
