At the meeting, John Lovro, the Quality Assurance Director for Sun Products corporation spoke and shared some best practices in the contact center. With a nationwide presence as the leader in consumer affairs trade organizations, SOCAP (Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals) meets throughout the United States in local chapters to share information and preferred vendor relationships.
